I build the systems that make a ride, an order or a login feel effortless. Curious about almost everything, especially why we're here.

How I work
I'm rarely the most talented person in the room. I'm usually the one still working on the problem after everyone else has moved on.
"That's how it's always been done" is where my favorite problems hide.
I write down what went wrong. It's less fun than a highlight reel and far more useful.
The dispatcher, the kitchen crew, the support agent. If it's effortless for them, it usually feels effortless for the customer.
If I can't explain it to a ten-year-old, I don't understand it yet. (Thanks, Feynman.)

Moon: shot by me
Say hi.
The channel's open. Talk to me about product, platforms, Berlin, or whether Pluto should still be a planet.
